David P. Heath

Born Evansville, Indiana. Magna cum laude graduate of Stetson University, 1968, with B.A. in English.  M.A. in English obtained from University of Florida, 1970.  Received J.D. with honors from Florida State University in 1979, and admitted to Florida Bar that year.  Law Review member.   Licensed to practice law in all Florida state and appellate courts as well as the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the Eleventh U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.  Mr. Heath has been a trial lawyer for more than twenty-five years, in state and federal courts, and is also a certified circuit court mediator.

George G. Rasky

Born Dearborn, Michigan, 1962.  A.D. with Honors, 1983  Henry Ford Community College; B.A. with Honors, 1986 Michigan State University; J.D. with High Honors, 1989 Florida State University.  Admitted to Florida Bar 1989.  Licensed to practice law in all state and appellate courts in Florida, and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, 1980-1986.  Mr. Rasky has practiced insurance defense litigation since 1990.

David J. Marsh

Born Owosso, Michigan, 1963.  Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. from Eastern Michigan University in 1985; received J.D. with High Honors from Florida State University College of Law, 1989. Admitted to the Florida Bar 1989.  Mr. Marsh has practiced in Tallahassee, and central  and southwest Florida since admission, with the majority of the time spent as a trial attorney in the Tampa Bay area.  He worked as Lead Counsel for Allstate Insurance Co. where he managed staff counsel offices, and designed, implemented and coordinated Allstate’s PIP litigation procedures on a statewide basis.  He most recently worked  at the St. Petersburg firm of Kaleel & Kaleel, P.A.

Jessica M. Bowen

Born Miami, Florida, 1983. Graduated with a B.S. in Finance from Florida State University in 2004; received J.D. from Florida State University College of Law, December 2007. Certified Legal Intern; admitted to the Florida Bar 2008.  Mock Trial Team Member and former Intramural Chair. Won American Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Student Trial Advocacy Competition – Miami, November 2007.  Prior to law school, Ms. Bowen worked at the corporate headquarters of a Florida-based P & C insurance and insurance management company as a part of its claims and finance departments.
