Founding partners, David Heath and George Rasky have been trial attorneys in Florida’s Panhandle since 1979 and 1989, respectively.  Both worked for one of Tallahassee’s oldest firms before forming their own firm in 2000.  Since that time they have tried some challenging cases, including a two-week trial in 2005 involving a plaintiff/passenger who claimed his injuries (including paraplegia) resulted from the negligence of a client/driver in a one-vehicle, roll-over accident. David Marsh started practicing law at a firm in Tallahassee in 1989, and has spent the majority of his 17 years of practice doing insurance/personal injury defense work, primarily in the Tampa area.  His experience includes, litigating and trying cases, managing staff counsel offices, implementing and coordinating PIP litigation procedures on a statewide basis and training attorneys in various parts of the country.   

Our office is in Tallahassee, but we provide representation throughout North Florida.  We regularly defend civil lawsuits for our clients anywhere from Pensacola on our west, to Lake City on the east, and all points in between.  Some of our clients include State Farm, Bituminous Insurance, Infinity, Crum & Forster, Metropolitan, and Gulf Insurance.  We also have self-insured clients, such as Albertson’s, Asplundh Tree Expert Company and Farrens Tree Surgeons.  Please see our listing in the current Casualty Adjuster’s Guide.
