At Heath & Rasky our exclusive practice is civil litigation, including personal injury and wrongful death defense, involving both personal and commercial clients, insureds and insurance companies. The injury cases arise from motor vehicle accidents, but also work and other accidents, including premises liability.

 

Founding partner George Rasky has been a trial attorneys in Florida’s Panhandle since 1989. The firm was established in 2000. Jessica Bowen, shareholder, also has extensive experience defending personal injury lawsuits.

 

Our office is located in Tallahassee, but we provide representation throughout North Florida. We regularly defend civil lawsuits for our clients anywhere from Pensacola to Gainesville and all points in between.
