Born in Dearborn, Michigan, 1962. A.D. with Honors, 1983 Henry Ford Community College; B.A. with Honors, 1986 Michigan State University; J.D. with High Honors, 1989 Florida State University. Admitted to Florida Bar 1989. Licensed to practice law in all state and appellate courts in Florida, and in the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve, 1980-1986. Mr. Rasky has practiced insurance defense litigation since 1990.

Jessica M. Bowen, Partner
Trial Attorney with 15+ plus years of litigation (and jury trial) experience in North Florida defending personal injury auto accident cases in both state and Federal Court. Has tried numerous cases before juries in both State and Federal Court in the last decade. Regularly conducts Examinations Under Oath (EUO's) and aids in evaluation and investigation of claims from inception through litigation and Judgment, as necessary. Also handles court approval of minor settlements and/or guardianships for the settlement property of minors related to their injury claims.
Admitted to practice in Federal Court in both the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida. Born in Miami, FL 1983. B.S. in Finance from Florida State University in 2004, Degree-in-Three program. Graduated early from FSU College of Law, December 2007; Former Intramural Chair and a Coach of the FSU Mock Trial Team; Regional Champion as a law student – ABA Labor & Employment Law Mock Trial Competition 2007; Former Vice President Phi Delta Phi Legal Honor Society, Mason Ladd Inn. Admitted to the Florida Bar 2008. Prior to law school, Mrs. Bowen-Hentges worked at the corporate headquarters of a Florida-based P & C insurance and insurance management company as a part of its claims-finance teams. She brings a focused, detailed, and analytic approach to evaluating and handling cases on behalf of her clients and insurers alike. Peter R. Chechanover
Born in Danbury, Connecticut. B.A. in History and Political Science, 2016 (FSU); J.D., 2019 (FSU). Admitted to Florida Bar 2019. Mr. Chechanover competed as a member of the FSU College of Law Trial team while in law school and worked on the Journal of Land Use and Environmental Law. Won best advocate at the statewide Florida Justice Association (FJA) competition, as a defense counsel in a hit-and-run accident mock trial. Mr. Chechanover also advocated in the first ever Martin Luther King Trial Competition. As an active member in the Stafford Inn of Court, he volunteered with Operation Barbecue Rescue to feed first responders and victims of hurricane Michael. The FSU College of Law, Class of 2019, awarded Mr. Chechanover for upholding the highest level of professionalism among his peers. Mr. Chechanover is admitted in federal court for the Northern District of Florida and a member of the William H. Stafford American Inn of Court

Dierdre T. Harris
Dierdrè Tyus-Harris graduated from Florida A&M University in 2005, Magna Cum Laude, with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science. There, she balanced her studies while also being a student-athlete on the women’s basketball team.
In 2013, she received her Juris Doctorate from the Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2014 and the Florida Bar in 2015.
In addition to her current role at Heath & Rasky, P.A, she has also worked as Senior Trial Court Staff Attorney with the Second Judicial Circuit from January 2015 to March 2021.
Dierdrè is a native of Mobile, Alabama. She enjoys spending time with family, watching basketball & football games on TV and taking care of her dog, a 13-year-old Dachshund named Bubba.
